I traveled to London on Tuesday.
Jersey Boys was on the menu.
Mother was in tow for a special birthday treat.
Jersey boys was a very slick and professional show which flowed incredibly well. The story was well acted and performed with lots of toe tapping songs showing an enjoyable history of the Four Seasons. I couldn't fault it in any way partly due to such perfect timing in a show.
Vocally the actors were all top notch, ranges were astonishing from Bass to baritone; all hitting the right notes with perfect New Jersey accents. Stamina was evident!
I didn't feel I needed to be born 50 years ago to appreciate the superb songs.
‘Sherry baby!’ Indeed.
Yes that bowl of green goodness is what I ate for lunch...trust me-it tasted sublime. Kale, chicken, roasted courgette, tomatoe, avocado, quinoa with a gorgeous dressing. Mother had the same. (the cheeky cocktail is out of shot, but with no means less tasty.)
The food needed a show all to it self. Thank you to 'Bills' restaurant! We will return.
